Columbia Cottage
In 1998, Horst introduced Columbia Cottage, a single-level, assisted living community that offers a small, homey, intimate feel and excels in providing levels of care in comfortable surroundings. There are now multiple locations in Southcentral and Eastern Pennsylvania. All are operated by Horst Management Services.
