HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO HOLD OPEN HOUSE FEATURING BRIARCREST OFFICE RENOVATIONS

(March 29, 2001) Hershey, PA  Horst Property Management (HPM) of Manheim Township Lancaster is hosting a lunchtime Open House on Friday, April 6, 2001, from 11:00am to 1:30pm, at the newly renovated Briarcrest Office Building (905 West Governor Road directly off Route 322 in Hershey) to welcome business people from Hershey, Lebanon, Harrisburg and surrounding areas to see the building’s improvements valued over $160,000. The premiere office building is located within Briarcrest Square—over 20 retail shops and charming community living at Briarcrest Gardens with 804 homes, as well as close access to the Hershey Racquet Club, Hershey Medical Center and the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, and other Hershey business and cultural attractions.

Light lunch refreshments and seven exceptional door prizes (See attached list.) will welcome guests who visit to view the building. The open house is truly “open” to any professionals curious about the building. Horst Property Management’s Scott Rhoades and Bill Horst are eager to assist area businesses to grow their operations in this attractive 20,000 square-foot facility, with finished office suites starting at 1,500 square feet.
