WILL KICK OFF HORST CONSTRUCTION'S REVITALIZATION OF SACA'S GENERAL CIGAR BUILDING (March 28, 2001) Lancaster, PA Horst Construction will join SACA's Jose Lopez
and community leaders, Mayor Smithgall and other supporters to kick off the revitalization
of the long-vacant General Cigar Factory building located at 453 South Lime Street,
turning the property into 30 affordable condominium-style apartments and commercial space.
