HORST CONSTRUCTION TO BREAK GROUND FOR LANCASTER BIBLE COLLEGE'S OLEWINE DINING HALL

27, 2001, Ceremony Marks Eighth Project for College Since 1976
(March
26, 2001) Lancaster, PA Horst Construction is honored to continue helping
Lancaster Bible College (LBC) expand its services and mission through building and
renovation. A groundbreaking ceremony for a $2 million dollar addition and renovation to
the existing Olewine Dining Commons will be held at 3:30 pm on March 27th, 2001, at Lancaster
Bible College, 901 Eden Road, Lancaster, marking the second building in the college’s
multi-phase Advancing the Vision Expansion venture. The Dining Commons will be enlarged
from 500 seats to accommodate seating for nearly 700 and the College Snack Shop, now
housed in Miller Hall, will be moved into the renovated Dining Hall and two additional
private dining rooms will be added.
Horst
Construction’s project manager Wayne Heisey and superintendent Bob Good also managed
the Good Shepherd Chapel construction project at LBC that is slated to finish mid-April. Bill Mullineaux, Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for Horst Construction, expressed Horst Construction’s commitment to the
College by saying, “Horst Construction is grateful for its partnering relationship
with the college that started in 1976. We are proud to provide building services that
support their mission.”
