HORST CONSTRUCTION BREAKS GROUND ON CONSTRUCTION OF GARDENS EAST BUILDING AT GARDEN SPOT VILLAGE April 11, 2002 (New Holland, Pennsylvania) - Horst Construction will break ground at 2 p.m. on April 12 for Garden Spot Village’s (GSV) Gardens East building, an 85,000 square-foot expansion of their existing New Holland retirement community. On April 15th, Horst Construction will begin work on this building that will include the addition of 59 independent living apartments in a 5-story structure with expansion of the existing café dining facilities. This project is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2003.
