Schmidt of Landisville is serving as association manager. Schmidt will manage condominium and homeowners associations and architectural review boards. Schmidt has worked for the Horst Group property management business since April 1999, most recently serving as customer service representative for the association management department. In her newest capacity, she will provide professional property management and effective financial management for the associations managed. Before joining the Horst Group, Schmidt worked for the American Music Theatre as the performance master and a performer, and for Bank of Lancaster County as a customer service consultant, loan officer.
Schmidt attended Penn State and Millersville Universities, concentrating her studies in business management. She is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent. Carin, her husband and son live in Landisville.
