MILLER PROMOTED TO PAINTING MANAGER, OF THE HORST GROUP’S HORST PAINTING.

(November 8, 1999) Lancaster, PA With over 25 years in the industry, Randall S. Miller of New Providence was promoted to Painting Manager for Horst Painting (formerly Ash Painting), a Horst Group company. Miller joined the Horst Group in 1997 as an Estimator and was promoted to Project Manager in 1998. Miller attended Lancaster Career & Technology School and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s through Lebanon Valley College. Miller serves as Vice President of PDCA, Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.

Miller is married, has three children and is a council member of Ascension Lutheran Church.
