STEPHEN S. MULLER PROMOTED TO PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST EXCAVATING

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (July 02, 2000) Stephen S. Muller of Lititz has been promoted to project development director for Horst Excavating, a Horst Group company. Calling on 12 years of civil engineering and supervisory excavation experience, Muller will focus his energies on initiating and developing relationships with new construction/excavation customers.

Muller served as a project manager for Horst Excavating from 1997 until his promotion to this position. Prior to his employment with Horst Excavating, Muller worked for Hoar Construction in Birmingham, Alabama, as a sitework superintendent for two years and Keystone Consulting Engineers in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, as a field engineer from 1987 to 1995. Muller is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He and his wife are raising two young children.
