JOHN MOORE PROMOTED TO FACILITY MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA August 15, 2000 John Moore of Lancaster has been promoted to facility manager of the service department of Horst Property Management. Having contributed to the business goals of the Horst Group since 1995, Moore served for three years as a facility service technician and, most recently, as development assistant until assuming his latest responsibilities of providing leadership to and supervision of the service team. In this new capacity, Moore will contribute his ground-up experience and commitment to a customer-centered approach toward ensuring service is of high quality.

Prior to his employment with the Horst Group, Moore served as the service/maintenance supervisor at Forest Lake Apartments in Lanham, Maryland, and H. L. Wiker & Son Excavating in Lancaster working with underground pipe installation and layout.

Moore has received technical training at Stevens Trade, in Lancaster, and HVAC in Mount Joy, and attended college at Lancaster Bible College, locally, where he received his under graduate degree in Counseling. Moore also has his Master of Divinity from Capitol Seminary in Lanham, Maryland.

Moore is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He is married and has three young children.
