TINA L. MCGINNIS PROMOTED TO RESIDENTIAL MARKETING MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (August 1, 2000) Nearly ten years of dedicated service to the Horst Group, first serving as a leasing consultant, then assistant manager and, most recently, as a property manager of Briarcrest Gardens in Hershey, has equipped Tina L. McGinnis of New Holland with creative solutions and a deep understanding of the residential market for her latest position as residential marketing manager of Horst Property Management's (HPM) residential property department. As marketing manager, McGinnis is responsible for planning and organizing all onsite marketing and corporate level marketing for HPM's residential community initiatives. She is charged with providing direction, growth and development to the residential team. In addition to troubleshooting and instituting guidelines and policies, McGinnis will identify goals for customer satisfaction and business expansion, continually seeking novel and efficient methods of marketing HPM's portfolio of seven properties with a total of 2,253 apartments and townhomes, located throughout Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Hershey and Reading.

McGinnis attended classes at Penn State University, is a licensed Pennsylvania realtor and an accredited residential manager. She has been a Lancaster County Association of Realtors member since 1994, an Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania member since 1999 and an Institute Real Estate Management, Delaware Valley Chapter 3, member since 1995.

She is married and has a daughter.
