DANIEL R. JOHNSON APPOINTED TO GENERAL MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT BUSINESS

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (July 28, 2000) Daniel R. Johnson of Landisville has been named general manager of Horst Property Management's Association Management Department. Having joined the Horst Group's commercial property management department earlier this year, Johnson brings over 25 years of managerial experience, most recently working for Galactech Corporation in New Holland in a new business development role. As General Manager, Johnson will lead the association management team in providing customer-centered service and professional property management support to condominium and homeowner associations in south central Pennsylvania.

Johnson is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

He is married and has two grown children.
