KERCHNER PROMOTED TO CHIEF ESTIMATOR-CONSTRUCTION, OF THE HORST GROUP’S HORST CONSTRUCTION.

(November 8, 1999) Lancaster, PA With over 16 years in the industry, John L. Kerchner of East Petersburg was promoted to Chief Estimator for Horst Construction, a Horst Group company. A registered engineer, Kerchner joined the Horst Group in February 1999 as a Project Manager. In Kerchners’s new role, he will oversee the estimating department of Horst Construction.

Kerchner holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Kerchner is married and has two daughters.
