NICOL FETTRO PROMOTED TO OPERATIONS MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (September 02, 2000) Twelve years of dedicated service to the Horst Group in various administrative capacities and 18 years in the property management field has prepared Nicol Fettro of Elizabethtown for her latest role as Operations Manager for Horst Property Management (HPM). Having joined the Horst Group property management company (then called Clabell Management) in 1988, Fettro has served in diverse capacities-including working for two years with the Association Management department, five years as a Service Coordinator for the Village of Pineford, an HPM managed community, and three years in the accounting department. In 1998, Fettro became the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President, preparing her for this latest challenge. She will continue her executive administrative duties while supervising accounts receivables and commercial lease administration for HPM. She will also participate in the implementation of and training for a new property management software system aimed at increasing efficiency and customer service.

Fettro has her Pennsylvania Real Estate License and is a licensed Notary. She is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and the Commercial & Industrial Realtors Council, as well.
