PATRICIA K. EGENRIEDER PROMOTED TO RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (August 2, 2000) Nearly twenty years of dedicated service to the Horst Group, managing various residential communities, has prepared Patricia K. Egenrieder of Bainbridge for her latest role as residential operations manager of Horst Property Management's residential property department. As manager, Egenrieder will establish and maintain operational procedures and quality standards while providing leadership to the managers of 7 properties with a total of 2,253 apartments and townhomes throughout Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Hershey and Reading.

Having gained experience managing several Horst Property Management (then Clabell Management) communities has afforded Egenrieder the opportunity to understand the residential market and the challenges unique to each community. Her leadership will help Horst Property Management to improve its service to existing residents as well as expand the management portfolio.

Egenrieder has studied at Brandywine College, Shippensburg University and Harrisburg Area Community College, is a licensed realtor and is pursuing a Certified Property Management designation through the Institute Real Estate Management.

She is married and has a grown daughter.
