Hersey of Landisville was promoted to Excavating Manager for Horst Excavating (formerly Bilran Excavating), a Horst Group company. Hersey joined the Horst Group in 1983 as a Project Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 1998.

Hersey is married and has a son.
