BOYER PROMOTED TO EXCAVATING MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST EXCAVATING

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (July 02, 2000) With 21 years of experience, Glenn Boyer of Elizabethtown has been promoted to excavating manager for Horst Excavating, a Horst Group company. In this capacity, Boyer will focus his energies on providing leadership for all pre-construction and construction activities ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and timely completion of projects within the Horst Excavating Company. Boyer had worked for the Horst Group several years ago as an estimator for Horst (then Bilran) Excavating and rejoined the company in 1999 in a project development position.

Boyer is married and has two children.
