MULLINEAUX PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING, OF THE HORST GROUP’S HORST CONSTRUCTION.

(November 8, 1999) Lancaster, PA William J. Mullineaux, II of Manheim Township, Lancaster, was promoted to Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Horst Construction, a Horst Group company. Mullineaux joined Horst Construction in 1993 as a Project Developer. Most notably, in 1998, Mullineaux served as project executive for the construction of the 170,000-square foot New Millennium Theatre with a 2,070-seat auditorium in Strasburg, a fast-tracked project. With 22 years of construction industry experience, Mullineaux will lead Horst Construction’s sales and marketing efforts, leading the project development staff in selling construction services for senior housing, private schools, churches and industrial and commercial buildings.

Mullineaux attended Kent State, Ohio, and Penn State Universities. Married, with a daughter, Mullineaux is a worship leader for First United Methodist Church.
