Ackerman to role of Vice President of the company’s Association Management business. With 27 years experience in real estate, development, construction and project management, Ackerman has spent the past two years with Horst Property Management as General Manager increasing their association management portfolio from 30 communities to 35 communities. She has guided the development of a strong team of eight professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that the board directors’ and residents’ association needs are effectively met. Ackerman is spearheading an effort to offer comprehensive 24/7 information and support to several communities through offering secure online communities to any associations who chose to participate. She is married, with two grown children and two grandchildren.
