(November 8, 1999) Lancaster, PA Thomas H. Gross of Downingtown, PA, rejoins Horst Construction, a Horst Group company, as Project Development Director. Gross worked for Horst Construction from 1989 to 1991 in sales until he became Director of Marketing and Sales for Keswick Pines from 1991 to 1996 for Horst SeniorCare. In his new position, Gross will develop projects for senior housing, calling on ten years experience in the field, as well as other construction projects. Gross is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA), the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (PANPHA).

Gross is a graduate of West Liberty State College in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He is married and has two daughters.
