AMELIA M. MICELI HIRED AS PROPERTY MANAGER OF MEADOWS EAST, A HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGED COMMUNITY

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (August 2, 2000) With ten years of real estate sales and management experience, Amelia M. Miceli of Manheim has been hired by Horst Property Management as property manager of Meadows East, a residential community located in Manheim, offering 110 homes. Meadows East is one of seven communities managed by HPM, with a portfolio of seven properties with a total of 2,253 apartments and townhomes, located throughout Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Hershey and Reading.

Miceli, who previously served as leasing manager for Harvestview in Mount Joy, has also worked for Coldwell Banker and Liz Files in Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Miceli is a graduate of Wilma Boyd School in Pittsburgh and studied elementary education at Millersville University before going into the real estate profession.

She is married and has a son. Miceli also co-wrote and illustrated, "Through Children's Eyes," published by Carlton Press in 1991.
