MAYRA JUDITH GUEVARA APPOINTED TO PROPERTY MANAGER OF THE HORST GROUP'S HORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

(Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA (August 21, 2000) Mayra J. Guevara of Lancaster has been named commercial property manager for Horst Property Management (HPM). In her new role, Guevara will be responsible for the management of Briarcrest Square, 29 East King Street, Rapho Industrial Park, Stroudsburg and Wynfield commercial properties.

Guevara previously worked for the Drogaris Companies as project/marketing coordinator where she conducted property research, development activities and marketing.

Guevara is currently pursuing her Pennsylvania Real Estate license and is a member of the Commercial and Industrial Realtors Council. She is also a member of the Lancaster Historical Commission, the board chair of SACA Development Corporation and part of the makeover committee for the Lancaster Campaign. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a Bachelor's Degree in business management.
