(November 8, 1999) Lancaster, PA With 20 years of experience, Glenn Boyer of Elizabethtown has been hired as Project Development Director for Horst Excavating (formerly Bilran Excavating), a Horst Group company. In this newly created position, Boyer will focus his energies on fostering strong relationships with existing excavation customers and developing projects for new ones. Boyer had worked for the Horst Group our years ago as an estimator for Horst (then Bilran) Excavating. Boyer is married and has two children.
