(April 2, 2000) (Manheim Township) Lancaster, PA Arthur R. Schneider of Landisville, PA, joined Horst Construction, a Horst Group company, as Project Development Director. In his new position, Schneider will develop projects for worship centers. Previously, Scheider worked for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry as their Membership Account Representative and, before that, for Dentech, Inc., in new business development.

Schneider serves on the board of directors for Landis Valley Associates and First United Methodist Church. He is a graduate of Grove City College in Pennsylvania, is married and has a grown daughter.
