(November 12, 1999) Chadds Ford, PA T.C. Hall & Company and Associated Professional Services (a financial services company), both members of the Lancaster-based Horst Group have changed their names to reflect their alliance with their parent company.

Tracing its history back to the mid 1940’s, T. C. Hall, Inc. joined forces with Valley Forge Insurance Management (founded 1971) in 1989 forming T.C. Hall & Company. T. C. Hall later merged with the Horst Group’s Gingrich Stoudt Insurance in 1997. With offices in Chadds Ford and Lancaster, PA, T.C. Hall & Company is now named Horst Insurance. As Horst Insurance, the company will continue to provide commercial, personal and employee group benefit insurance.
