Horst Construction

This project involves a nursing home expansion to a facility in Boyertown, PA. The work is being done for a Boyertown-based general contractor. LSR is doing cleaning, grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curb, and paving for this project. Work is scheduled to begin in July of 2009 and be complete in spring of 2010. LSR's management team consists of Russ Outman as General Superintendent, and Roy Oswalt, Project Foreman.

This multi-phase, 30 acre residential project is located in Luzerne County. The work is being done for the Hazle Springs Properties, LLC. The work consists of clearing, erosion and sedimentation controls, grading, sanitary sewers, water lines, storm sewers, curb construction, fine grading and paving. LSR's management team is Jim Earhart, Estimator, and Russ Outman, General Superintendent. Work will begin in June of 2008 and will be completed in the summer of 2009.

LSR has been awarded this 15 acre expansion project by The Highlands of Wyomissing. The project is located in Wyomissing, PA. Work on the site will begin July 2008 and will continue into the spring of 2009. LSR has been contracted for all sitework including clearing, erosion and sedimentation controls, grading, sanitary sewers, water lines, storm sewers, pad construction, lighting, and electrical system installation. LSR's project team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator and Daryl Emery as Project Superintendent.
