LSR Excavating, Inc. is a site work development and excavating firm founded in March, 1995. LSR has its primary roots in residential development and sewer and water line construction and works primarily in the Berks County area. In joining the Horst Group family of companies, LSR will grow to cover an expanded geographic area and support projects such as large commercial and industrial development initiatives.
